SWOTZone India Pvt Ltd – Renewal and Cancellation Terms

1. Subscription Plans

We offer two flexible monthly plans for Indian users:

SWOT Plan
₹820 per month (Single User)

• Unlimited video conferencing
• Access to the full suite of collaborative tools (whiteboard, screen share, document sharing)
• Cancel anytime

SWOT Zone Plan
₹1080 per month (Single User)

• All benefits of SWOT Plan
• Business listing in the SWOT Zone Directory to promote your services
• Connect with potential clients via contact form

*Note: There is no free trial available in India.*

2. Subscription Changes

2.1 Upgrading Your Plan

Users can subscribe to either plan at any time via the platform. Once subscribed, you'll receive full access to features as per the selected plan.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to limited access. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis and processed through Razorpay to your nominated Indian bank account within 7–10 working days.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1 Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) provisions. You must have a valid Indian bank account and complete Razorpay onboarding to receive payments.

3.2 Automatic Billing

Subscriptions are renewed automatically every month. Ensure that your Razorpay-linked payment method remains active to avoid disruptions. You will be notified via email before any renewal or change in pricing.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed for users on paid plans who cancel mid-cycle.
• Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis and transferred to the user’s registered Indian bank account via Razorpay.
• No refunds are issued for previously completed billing cycles.

5. Data Security and Privacy

SWOTZone India is committed to data protection and security, compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2011. All financial transactions and personal information are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details on our servers.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and pricing as needed to comply with new laws or business requirements. All users will be notified of such changes in advance via email or through the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
